Mission Statement
The Humane Repatriation Center is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization.
The primary mission of our organization is to provide informational and logistical support and resources to aid in the location, identification and repatriation of the mortal remains of the countless numbers of undocumented foreign nationals who perish each year along the frontier region of the U.S./Mexican international border.
In addition, The Humane Repatriation Center, Inc., will seek to establish and maintain a memorial sanctuary for the dignified interment of indigent border casualties.

Plan Of Action
The Humane Repatriation Center shall seek to establish and maintain two separate comparative DNA databases. One shall be comprised of DNA samples provided by family members searching for loved ones, the other from DNA samples obtained from deceased victims found by U.S. authorities along the U.S/Mexico border area.
Once a positive identification has been established, The Humane Repatriation Center will insure notification of nearest living relatives and obtain all necessary documents, licenses and permits to have the deceased returned to his/her home for proper burial.
The Humane Repatriation Center will personally send a representative and escort to accompany each and every victim home, and will pay any and all costs required for the entire repatriation process.
The Humane Repatriation Center will also seek to establish and maintain a "Panteón Para Los Humildes", a final resting place and sanctuary for the humane and dignified burial of indigent border victims.
